T2 - 21st International Conference on Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life Sciences, MicroTAS 2017 AB - In this paper, we present the possibility of using 3D spheroid co-culture to evaluate the photodynamic therapy (PDT) with nanoencapsulated meso-Tetraphenylporphyrin (nano-TPP). Due to our research we improve that the nano-TPP has cytotoxic and fotocytotoxic influence on MCF/HMF spheroid co-culture. Furthermore, we demonstrated that the cytotoxic effect of nano-TPP is concentration and time dependent. © 17CBMS-0001.
